The Division 2 Down for Maintenance, as Y6S2 Is Set to Be Released This Oct. 29

The Division 2 Down

The last major update for The Division 2 of 2024 is finally upon us! Before that, though, Ubisoft has to take The Division 2 servers down this October 29, and this is to roll out the big Year 6 Season 2 “Shades of Red” patch that brings Seasons 2.0, new exotic items and a lot more changes to existing talents, and more.

The Division 2 Down for Maintenance Schedule for October 29:

Update: Ubisoft has confirmed that maintenance has been extended.


Per Ubisoft, servers will be offline starting:

  • 9:30 AM CET
  • 4:30 AM ET
  • 1:30 AM PT
  • 4:30 PM HKT

Duration: 3 hours

Players can expect the big Seasons 2.0 change to be ushered in alongside new exotic items, new talent reworks and a lot more.

Outside of the Year 6 Season 2 update, there’s new story DLC set to be released next year, and once that’s done, we should be hearing more about The Division 3.
